The Trustworthy AI Lab is an interdisciplinary and international research community that evaluates and discusses the mindful use of artificial intelligence in innovation projects, as a sub-section of the Z-Inspection® Initiative.
As part of an international network of more than 25 labs, the Trustworthy AI Lab Norway encourages debate and reflection on the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence, acting as a meeting place for the international community.
The Trustworthy AI Lab Norway is working out of the research community at Østfold University College in Fredrikstad.
Trustworthy AI Labs create events and offer the possibility of teaching, evaluating use cases, and doing research.

We specialize in applying the Z-Inspection® protocol, a robust method for ethically and responsibly assessing AI use cases in academia, government, and the private sector. This approach is designed to evaluate AI systems' ethical, legal, and technical aspects, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their implications.
